Purva Sharegistry (India) Private Limited (“Purva Sharegistry”) operates the Purva e-Voting platform and has a responsibility to protect from disclosure to unauthorized parties the personally identifiable information (such as name, address, date of birth, and other identification details required for e-Voting) of its website users. Therefore, Purva Sharegistry has adopted and implemented this website security policy to protect account and related information of Purva e-Voting users.

Notice and Disclosures

Purva Sharegistry will not sell, trade, or disclose the personally identifiable information of Purva e-Voting users to any unauthorized third parties, except where disclosure is required under applicable law, regulation, or lawful direction of a competent authority.

Purva Sharegistry takes all steps reasonably possible to ensure that the data on the Purva e-Voting platform is accurate. If something is found to be inaccurate, Purva Sharegistry will make every effort to correct said information as quickly as possible. If it is found to be an inaccuracy with the entire system, Purva Sharegistry will work swiftly to correct the problem so that your web experience is as trouble-free as possible. Any change to your user account may not be reflected on the website until the following business day. The information contained on the Purva e-Voting platform is subject to change without prior advance notice.

The Purva e-Voting platform uses cookies and similar technologies to support accessibility preferences (such as font size and colour theme), to maintain a secure logged-in session for registered users, and to support essential security controls while users move between pages. Upon closing your browser or ending a session, session-related cookies may become inactive, and a new session may be created the next time you sign on to use password-protected features on the Purva e-Voting platform. In order to secure user information, Purva Sharegistry has implemented security measures intended to prevent loss, theft, unauthorized access, or misuse of personal and voting-related data processed on the platform, consistent with applicable law including reasonable security safeguards contemplated under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
