As founder of Purva Sharegistry (India) Private Limited, Mr. Rajesh Shah is responsible for the strategic direction of the company and oversees the overall performance of the company. Mr. Rajesh Shah did his post-graduation from I.I.T. Mumbai in 1981 and started his career as a software programmer with Computronics India Ltd and Rolta India Ltd. In 1985, Mr. Rajesh Shah formed Busi-comp Software Consultants where he was involved in developing business application software for manufacturing and trading companies.

Mr. Rajesh Shah played an integral part in directing the changes necessary to respond to the ever-growing market conditions and grew the company’s client base. In 2000, Purva Sharegistry (India) Private Limited took over the business of Busi-Comp Software Consultants. Today, Purva Sharegistry (India) Private Limited is a key player with a national geographic footprint having long-term relationships with more than 1200 diversified customers.

Purva Sharegistry (India) Private Limited is a mid-size Registrar to Issue and Share Transfer Agent delivering a vast array of solutions for a large and diverse customer base. Ms. Purva Shah Majmundar the second generation as already in the business since November 2012. Her husband Mr. Pranay Majmundar has played important role in developing the software. Mr. Vinayak Karande and Mr. Manish Shah have 25 years’ experience in the Registrar field and Ms. Deepali who is a Company Secretary have over 5 years’ experience. Mr. Manoj Prajapati is a Master in Computer Application and has a 5 years’ experience in development the software.
